The two times we tried to sell before, our house was on the market each time for over six months. When Kirk approached us to try again, the house sold in just a few days after he listed it. Kirk was more confident and aggressive than the previous realtors and brought in a staging company, and had some amazing professional photos taken. He just marketed it the right way, with a professional package and the right pricing. We had excellent service from Kirk, too. Whatever he said he was going to do he did it. We didn't have to hound him. Kirk and his whole team were professional and precise, and made us feel comfortable and secure through the whole process.

He sold my 3⁄4 of an acre property and then helped with the purchase of a farm acreage so I could have pastures and room for my horses. I was so impressed with how prepared he was for each property we visited. He did the research and knew the number of acres, property line, horse capacity, where the well was, gallons per minute, everything. Kirk also provided honest, straight forward advice as to whether this was a good investment. I love my 1919 homestead property, and thank Kirk and his whole team for helping and really looking out for me.

My 1980s home was too old, and had too many trees for most buyers, but Kirk assured me that the right people would come along, and to be patient. And that's what I liked about his approach, no hype, no gimmicks, no pressure tactics, just practical actions that were amazingly effective. I was so relieved when the right people did appear, and was delighted with the sale price I got. That allowed Eric to find me a smaller patio home, but there was a bit of panic with the transaction. He kept everybody calm, and stayed on top of things to sort it all out. Thanks to the whole X-Team who made things so smooth, with minimal stress, so I could move on to my new home.
